Do you have space for me to park my boat or RV?
Yes, we have parking spaces at all of our locations. We also offer covered parking in North Port.
Can I work out of my unit?
Depends on the unit, We have specific units at all 3 facilities that we have allocated to allow tenants to work out of. Please contact management for your specific situation. For tennants that work out of their units there is an additional "list of rules" form that needs to be signed
What if I need to access my unit or parking space after normal business hours?
Access in St Pete is 24hrs, Lakeland 6am-10pm and North Port parking only 6am to 10pm. We will consider special requests for after hour access on a case by case basis. Please contact property manager for more information
Do your units feature water or electricity? Yes! We have common water for all tenants.  Our workshop units have electricity, at the expense of the tenant. We want to allow you to operate every aspect of your business from our facility, so let us know if there’s anything else we can provide.
When Can I move in?
If there is a unit or parking space available you may register online to complete the paperwork. Once completed you can move your belongings in during normal business hours.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 30-day notice before you move out
What type of documentation is required to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID, along with current registration and proof of insurance for your vehicle if renting a parking space.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Yes, No liquids, explosives (fireworks), flammable liquids (gasoline/propane etc), toxic materials (lead), and perishables (food) Plese contact us if you have any specific questions regarding what can be stored
Do I need to sign a long term lease?
No, All our leases are month to month (except office space and billboard advertising)
How do I make a payment?

What type of payment do you accept?
We only accept credit cards/debit cards(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or ACH/check from a checking account. We DO NOT Accept CASH

Tennants may not live in your unit, No smoking on premisis, No pets allowed, No painting, No dumping,

What are your office hours?

We are by apt at all locations (st Pete, lakeland, north port). All three locations are fully automated for no touch move-ins

What are your access hours?

St. Petersburg: to your unit or warehouse 24 hours a day,Small units are 6am -10pm. 7 days a week!

Lakeland: 6am- 10pm. 7days a week!

North Port Parking: 6am-10pm - 7 days a week!
North Port Units: 24 hrs. 7 days a week!

Additional Access considered on a case by case basis!
